We’re an amazing group of youth journalists and elders who are working together to document the COVID-19 expereince.
Elder Participants
Our Elder Participants from the 2020 Cohort were residents of KYCC Menlo Family Apartments, KYCC volunteers and Koreatown community members. Most of our elders are 55 years and older and have been isolated due to the COVID-19 Safer-at-Home orders in the City of Los Angeles.

Youth Participants
Our Youth Participants either live or attend school in Koreatown, and several of them are youth journalists at their high school’s publications. During their participation in the program, they were rising juniors and seniors.
