KASxKSP Legacy Project Interviews: Kyungbin Min

Meet Kyungbin Min, a chef and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. Born in Seoul and raised in SoCal, Kyungbin discovered his passion for food service early on. His culinary journey took him from setting up plates as a child to founding 'Hanchic' during the pandemic, which quickly gained recognition from outlets like Eater and Thrillist. Kyungbin's mission is to introduce Korean flavors beyond the usual BBQ and kimbap, fostering a deeper appreciation for Koreatown's 'OG mom and pop' restaurants.
