Terminology and Trans 101 Workshop with Sydney Rogers

On Saturday Oct. 28, KSP welcomed Multi-Disciplined Drag Artist, Activist, and Cultural Competency Consultant, Sydney Rogers, as she led a workshop on LGBTQIA+ terminology and Trans 101. Following our discussion around LGBTQIA+ history, terminology, and resources, Sydney also shared with us some of her hopes for LA Koreatown. “I would hope that racism and misogyny and those kinds of topics will be able to be discussed in Koreatown – that there will be more intergenerational conversations,” Rogers said.
