Shopping For Kimchi Pancakes w/ Ms. Cathy!

Come along with the Koreatown Storytelling Program as Ms. Cathy takes us grocery shopping at Gaju Market AND H Mart (she prefers the kimchi there) for the ingredients for 김치전 (kimchi pancakes). Kimchijeon can incorporate many vegetables and flavors but Cathy makes hers with jalapeños, leeks, onions, and, of course, kimchi! She also taught us to use equal parts kimchi pancake mix and fry mix so that the pancakes get nice and crunchy. Cathy will be teaching us the recipe steps soon, so stay tuned for an update!
